Q: Can we visit your factory?
Yes, we welcome all of the customers to visit our factory, to check our production and our strict quality control.
Q: How do you control your quality?
Firstly, before the production raw materials are stored in the warehouse, we will conduct quality testing of the production raw materials. After meeting the standards, we will proceed with the production of finished chemical products. During the production process, we will randomly select finished products for quality testing every day, and provide quality certificates after delivery.
Q: Can we supervise the loading？
Yes. We welcome customers to supervise the loading on-site. If it is not convenient to come on-site, we can also monitor the loading via video.
Q: Can you provide various package of chemical products?
Yes, If you don’t have special requirement, we will offer it as standard, if you have any requirement for the package, please tell us.
Q: Do you offer other chemical materials? Or offer chemical products according to customer requirements?
